Job Description

You will be responsible for the efficient management of accounts, taxation, and finance functions. As Finance Manager, you will assist the Director in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the organization's accounting, finance, and taxation policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Managing Finance Associates to ensure accurate accounting entries
• Filing monthly taxes (Professional Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax, VAT)
• Managing payroll functions including PF and ESIC compliance
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Creating and delivering accurate MIS reports
• Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in enterprise software or IT services
• Extensive knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation, payroll
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 is mandatory
• Bachelor's Degree required; Inter CA preferred; CA is a bonus

Compensation: Salary and benefits commensurate with experience and accomplishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of reception duties - first point of contact for all clients and visitors
• Co-ordinate meetings and client visits of Mark IT sales and service engineers
• Maintaining Google calendars with all scheduled visits and appointments
• Managing telephone calls efficiently and effectively
• General office administrative tasks
• Ordering stationery and other ad hoc office requirements
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Monitor and maintain office equipment and environment

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience with CRM systems highly preferred
• Experience with Google Mail, Calendar & Contacts highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years reception experience in a professional corporate environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional personal presentation
