What is Annual Return?
Annual Return (GSTR-9) is a consolidated summary of all monthly/quarterly returns filed during the financial year, providing a comprehensive view of the taxpayer's business activities. It includes details of outward supplies, inward supplies, ITC claimed, tax paid, and amendments made during the year. Regular taxpayers must file GSTR-9 by December 31st of the following financial year, while composition dealers file GSTR-9A.
